Type of Information Collected
LinkProfits.com and LinkProfits.net serve the affiliate marketing community. In order to provide our select clients (both advertisers and publishers) with the best possible service, we ask them to provide information about themselves by completing an online form. Persons who fill out these forms my be asked to provide their name, address, title, e-mail address, along with, but not limited to, other questions related to their businesses.

Use of Collected Information
Information is collected by LinkProfits.com and LinkProfits.net and will be the sole property of Direct Marketing Dynamics, Inc. or the advertiser, depending which party originated or processed the form. Advertiser's forms and the information collected by these forms is shared only with the specific advertiser. Each advertiser individually controls what is done with the information collected. We may host ads and collect the information from consumers on behalf of our advertisers. We only use this information to audit accuracy.

Member Contact
When applicable, if an opt-in box is selected on any form, we have permission to contact the applicant via electronic or postal mail regarding information, savings, or special offers that relate directly to the information, savings, or special offers that relate directly to the information they have provided. This is opt-in only, meaning that the applicant has complete control in allowing us to contact them.
